    3. It looks okay to me. It was sent to me on a .txt format and I switched it to MS Word 2000. Maybe that messed it up. I don't know. BTW, it looks okay on Explorer. I wrote the webmaster of those pages to see if they were going to update to accomodate it for the Message Boards of Ancestry.com. There was no way I could figure the Query Express pages out, I wanted to modify it to have it register surnames and post to a page. Bummer. I didn't even try Surname Helper! Must be the heat ;)
