Debra, I definitely agree with you and when I volunteer to do Cemetery pictures, or documents, I always put on the site that I will be glad to email copies free but if they want a copy sent by mail depending on how much it is I usually ask for expenses which is only fair. I sent out 10 the other day at a cost to me of $15.00 and not many people could afford to volunteer for long at that rate. If the people just want email copies after a certain amount of time instead of keeping them, you could do double the service by donating them to a local museum or historical society if not family member claimed them and get a charitible deduction.
