Pam there is a Hannah Lewis born 7 Mar 1887, died Sept 1975, who lived in Muskogee, Okla. and that was where she died. SS # was 443-24-1310. She is the only one listed in Oklahoma, and if you go to the social security death index through www.ancestry.com or www.rootsweb.ssdi.com, you can click on a place by her name which will print an application for her social security application, and you can see if it is the right one.(I think those urls are correct, but look for ssdi in megaspider.com if I am not right.)
