Thank you a million for looking this up for us. This is why Walter and Caroline are lost to us. Old James Franklin had three children, Fred, Walter and Caroline. Whoever wrote the obit didn't know about them either. We have no idea when Walter died (we think he must be dead, born 1896) and he may have been alive then. Fred, my husband's dad, didn't die until Sept of 61, and Caroline died Aug 78, and we cannot find her body. This is extremely frustrating and sad for us, and if anyone has any ideas, we want to hear them.
