Remember that information on a death certificate is only as good as the memory of the informant........or the knowledge.

While it is true that not all info on death certs is correct, when you have no other info, it is a good place to start. (I should know about incorrect info on death certs. I put the wrong surname for my grandmother on my father's death cert.) Lois in Auburn, CA
