The university (My connection) burned up a tunnel with electric cables to 10 buildings and all the computer fiberoptics for the campus on the 19th of December and we just got back on line the 29th. I've been through 286 e-mails I had backed up in my mail box. I've talked with two people "in the Know" and the best I can come up with is the symbols are part of the Fraternal Order known as the "Odd Fellows" and the "R" is for the Rebekah which is the Order with in the Odd Fellows for their Ladies. The letters F = Friendship L = Love & T = Trust. Neither men know the significance of the "crested C" or the 7 stars and bird.
