Matilda Eberly b in Portage 2 Apr 1835. She married John Johnson in 1855. This John Johnson is the son of John and Elizabeth Johnston. John and Matilda can be found in the 1880 wood co Liberty twp census as a couple with several children. What happened to this John Johnson Is this the Matilda who was married to Theodore G (TG) Wright?? they lived in BG in the 1920 census? TG died in Toledo Hospital ca Mar 19 1920/ Tillie died 23 Feb 1922 about noon after a short illness. Am having trouble reconciling these diary notes: 24 June 1917 "got dinner & then up to Tillie Wrights" Sept 28, 1917 "Mr & Mrs Will Eberly & Tillie Wright came this p.m." Mar 14, 1918 "went over to see Tillie Wright tonight." Apr 6, 1919 "Called on Tillie Wright." Oct 10, 1920 "We went over & saw Tillie Wright" Oct 12, 1920 "Tillie Wright stopped awhile this a.m." Nov 5, 1921 "Pa went over & visited with Tillie Wright" Feb 23, 1922 "Mrs Tillie Wright died today about noon. Feb 25, 1922 "Tillie Wrights funeral this PM; Pa pallbearer" (note Pa and Tillie were cousins. Both of their grandpa's was Benj. Cox) I am confused about what and when became of this John Johnson after 1880. wonder if that is this John Johnson from diary: Jan 3 1911 Jason has been down to John Johnson part of the time.
