I am trying to research my gggrandmother Charlotte Doel Battrick. I have recently found out that Charlotte came to America in 1853 with her sister Eliza Ann Doel Pierce(b.June 10, 1824). Eliza Pierce came to America with her baby Eliza. The information that I have indicates that the baby Eliza Pierce married Charles Holt and lived in Toledo, Ohio. I am hoping that someone on this list can help me with the Doel family that came from Bere Regis, England through the perhaps the Holt family.
