Hi folks, Continuing the search for newspapers: and following in the WOODLINK online catalog: under subject of "Community Newspapers" I found 15 entries, including the PERRYSBURG JOURNAL, which has alot of years on microfilm, listed in Perrysburg library, 1853-1965. Looks like they do have 1858-1864 on one film, which could cover the possible obituary, if they were interested in an assessor and politician named JOHN ELDER from Liberty/Portage Townships!
