I've been working on my family genealogy for the past six months, mostly via the internet so I've never done a lookup of actual birth records and such (primarily because I'm in California and my family is from Ohio). My mother in law noticed my work and has asked me to try and find her birth parents (she was adopted). Is it possible to find relevant information if I know date of birth, city, and hospital, but not names?
