Hi Sue - There are many many Foster's in Wood County. Our index of census records from 1820 through 1910 does not show a Lafayette Foster. We do show a Dennison Foster in Troy Township in 1900, Page 221A. There are other Foster's listed also. There is a Oren Foster buried in Troy Twp Cemetery. The Historical and Biographical Record of Wood County published in 1897 has over one hundred listed. There are many burial records besides Dennison. If we can be of more help, advise further, Gene WCOGS Member #503 ----- Original Message ----- From: Sue <suiquin@aol.com> To: <OHWOOD-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, February 17, 2001 11:28 PM Subject: QExpress for Wood co., Ohio ( FOSTER ) > > Surnames: FOSTER > Submitter: Sue (suiquin@aol.com) > Date: 17 Feb 2001 > > I am searching for information about Lafayette Foster who lived in Wood Co. about 1850 to 1876.
