Sherry, Why don't you just try a damp cloth (barely damp), and try a little spot first in the corner? They won't scan at all, or they just don't look good? Debbie << 'm hoping someone out there has a suggestion as to how to safely clean a buildup of dirt from some old photos I recently acquired. The photos are on heavy paper, such as old postcards. The buildup seems to be just grime. In one case, it may be mildew. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to harm the photo, but as is, it is unscannable. Thanks. Sherry >>
