The Wood County Public Library Obituary Index lists an obituary in the Toledo Blade for Helen E. Rogers on November 9, 1989. I sent in a request and payment to WCOGS but received a note back saying that the Wood County library does not have access to the Blade. Where can I get a copy of the obituary mentioned above?
