    3. Hello Dawnette, I believe we've already been in contact regarding John L. HOLLOPETER (b. 17 Jun 1878 - d. 11 Mar 1956) who married Flora May KARCHNER on 29 Apr 1902. Either I never heard back from you or someone's mail server decided to eat one of our emails. I have taken a look at your list of descendent of Matthias HOLLOPETER and have found John L., although Flora's last name is misspelled as KAREHER. I also have additional info on their children. I know the KARCHNERs lived in Wood Co. for a time, although it would appear most of them eventually went to Toledo and points beyond. There are several HOLLOPETERs listed in the 1897 Historical & Biographical Record of Wood County, but John L. is not one of them. The ones that appear there: Andrew, Rev. Andrew, C.M., Charles, F.W., M., and "Mr.". There are references to them on six different pages and if you will contact me, I can transcribe them for you. (My copy of The Book is a bit too fragile to put on a copier.) Regards, Vicky Farmer At 04:00 AM 10/20/00 -0700, Dawnette Thompson wrote: >Am new to the list.
