Gene, or anyone else that knows. I'm looking for a divorce record, probably in Wood Co. for Hiram Odell and Susan Lindley Odell before 1898. How do I find this without an exact date? (They were m. in Wood Co. 17 March 1872) I know Hiram died in 1907 in Wood Co., and probate death records show he was widowed, but I also know his wife remarried in 1898 in Seneca Co. and didn't die until 1940. Someone told me this could mean he was a "grass widower". What does this mean and where did it originate? Appreciate any help. Pat in Indiana WCOGS #1291
