Earl - thanks for the help. Most of my Pfeiffer line was from Medina/Lorain Counties. I'm not aware of any being in Wood Co, but one never knows. We only know that a sister of my great-great-grandfather-Karl Wilhelm Pfeiffer - sister, Barbara Magdalena - came to US about same time he did in 1847 or so. No trace of her yet. May have been others that came though that we have no record of. Margaret
