Does anyone have any info on Enoch (1819) and Jacob (1815) WINKLER that were born in Wayne, Co, OH? Can anyone recommend how I could find any type of recorded birth for them. Looking for any suggestions on how to break through this brick wall. I'm not sure if they were German or part Indian and don't know what there religion was. I understand that Wayne County Probate records didn't record births before 1867. I think their parents Fanny & Lawrence came from Burke Co, NC to get away from slavery.
