I do not have her birth date but it may be in more than 200 pages of NORRIS family info I found in Wayne and Ashland Counties last Nov - no time to digest it yet. There appear to be at least two NORRIS lines in Wayne Co. You may want to check the Amos NORRIS family as well. Both lines came from PA. I have yet to prove that my Joseph NORRIS was the son of William NORRIS in Westmoreland, Washington, or Fayette Co., PA. Joseph and Margaret were married 4 Sep 1804 in Mt. Pleasant Twp., Westmoreland Co., PA by Rev. James POWER, DD, a Presbyterian minister. My main source for leads to the PA ancestry are in an 1896 family biography written in IN.
