Hello, My name is Deirdre Alheim and I am looking for any Church's that have been around the Dalton area since at least 1841. I am trying to find birth information for my Great Great Grandfather who was born February 28, 1841. I know that the state does not have records prior to 1867, so I am hoping that the church in the area may have some information about my GGGGrandfather's parents. Isaac Biteman's (my GGGgrandfather) death certificate only had "Mr. Biteman" as his father. So now I am trying other avenue's.
