Looking for long lost ancestors from Wayne County. My ancestor was born in W.C. in 1827 or so. Name was Samuel Barr. All we know is that on Civil War papers (he lived in Jerome, Indiana) he listed Wayne as county of birth and Ohio as state. Any helpers out there? Thankyou, Kathy Barr Schmitz Kansas
