Found this on Ebay: 1828 Belpre, OH stampless Marriage Cert! January 31, 1828 stampless folded letter signed by George Dana, Justice of the Peace. This is a marriage certificate "connected in the Holy state of matrimony on the 26 of June" of Edward Henderson to Miss Minoa (sp?) Dilly.
