Hi Everyone; We just got back to Philly after spending 3 weeks in Marietta, because of my Dad being so ill. Can you believe that on July 7th, the Dr.'s in Marietta and Cleveland gave my Dad 72 hours left, but he is still hanging on. As of now not responding any more. We will go back to Marietta when the time comes. While I was there, my sister, brother and I sat at the nursing home in shifts. I have been calling twice each day to see how he is doing. If anyone emailed me with requests for look-ups, and I haven't gotten back to you, PLEASE email me again with your requests. I have tons of email to open, and I did deleate quite a bit of it, so if you don't hear from me within the next couple of days, let me know, and I will do the look-up. While I was there in Marietta, I did get to visit the genealogy library a couple of times. I copied LOTS of info from the Mason Genealogy, written in 1911 by Mary Eliza Mason (Dau. of William Bion Mason and Lucetta Bishop Sprague.) As some of you know, I have been trying for sometime now to find PROOF that Mary McNeal is the dau. of Levi McNeal and Francis Eliza Beebe. Well.........I found it, right there in black and white in the book, along with Mary McNeal being the grandmother of my great grandmother Fannie Lavina Mankins. I have lots of clues that pointed in the direction that her parents were Levi and Francis, but could find the PROOF until I seen the book. Talk about......Christmas in July.....What a present that was!! I also copied the burials from the HENRY cemetery in Watertown Twp., and Mt. Liberty Cemetery in Decatur Twp.
