Hello, I'm looking for info on if there is a will or probate record for a Thomas Mendenhall, born about 1768 in Pennsylvania who is supposed to have died in Washington county in either 1852 or 1856. I've checked with the courthouse but they have no such document. Does anyone know if such a document exists and where I might find it? I wonder if it might be in either Guernsey or Noble county.
