Debbie, You might want to try http://groups.google.com/groups?group=comp&hl=en and put in "family tree maker" in the search box & then check the search for only comp groups. When I first got a new computer with XP, I was having terrible glitches & a friend, who's a professional programmer, suggested I try the google groups. He said it's where he always looks first when he hits a program glitch.
