    3. More than likely, the Health Dept. will be making it available to the public at a later date...FOR A SERVICE CHARGE. It appears to be out and out thievery. Thanks again for letting us know about this crazy plan of this Health Dept.I'm glad I don't have "roots" in Huron Co.if that's the way they treat public property!
