Hi, Linda, I haven't been able to learn anything about my Rawsons. I know my great grandmother was Maggie Rawson, probably born in Wood or Wirt County, WVa (Virginia at that time) on Oct. 4, 1851. She married A. Manderville Coe and they lived in Rockland (now part of Belpre), Ohio. She died July 24, 1903. Their daughter, Alice Coe Wilcoxen, was my grandmother. The Coes and related families (Morehead, Jett and Owens) came from the Palestine area of Wirt County. I've found some Rawsons in WVa census records, but haven't been able to connect them with Maggie. Any clues?
