Does anyone on the List use the genealogy software, "ROOTS MAGIC?" It is advertized in this months' edition of Family Tree Maker Magazine. Several genealogy sites gave it good reviews. You can get a free download demo. I was just wondering if it is worth the download, and if it is better than the Family Tree Maker 10.0 that I am using now. Debbie, You should try the download: it's free, so you can import your GEDCOM & then try out the different features. It has lots of the features of Master Genealogist, but is abt 100 times easier to use. Just my opinion--- I don't own stock in any of them! Debbie, Did you know you can get free software at Ancestry.com? I use both ancestry's and family tree maker but like ancestry's best. I just went on their site to see if they still have it. From their main page, click on 'family trees' at the top. That next page will give you the download link.
