It's kinda funny. :o) 75 yrs ago in Marietta, Ohio 4/22/2003 Mrs. Harriet Stevens, of Elba, who armed herself with a mop and attacked F. E. Warren, a neighbor, beating him over the head, pleaded guilty to an assault and battery charge when brought before Squire F. W. Combs. She was fined $5 and costs.
