While I was in the process of doing a look-up for someone in the book, WASHINGTON COUNTY, OHIO TO 1980, I came across an article that was titled, "THE WILLIAMS FAMILY". It was submitted by Gladys Williams Thorton & Marquette Williams Woodruff. (both children of David and Nellie Williams) In paragraphs 5 & 6 of the article, it mentions the 6 children of David Hiel Willams and Nellie Hendershot. The 4th child is listed as Marceline Williams MANKIN. It seems to me that Marceline married someone from my line of Mankin(s), because they were from the Belpre area. My MANKIN(S) lived in the townships of Warren, Dunham, Barlow and Belpre. Does anyone know the submitters of the article? I wonder if they are still living?
