Linda; Thanks so much for sharing these records. They sure do contain alot of genealogy info. Wish funeral homes would share "OLD" records such as these. Has anyone ever tried to contact a local funeral home......possibly donating 'copies' to the genealogy library? I would call Genieve McClure Shafer at the McClure/Shafer Funeral Home, but I'm such a big chicken to ask, being afraid of some state law out there that prohibts funeral records being made public. Any way......if any of you live in Washington Co. and can give her a call to ask. She is a overly nice person, that will go out of her way to help.
