Linda, I could not find them in the 1870 using Ancestry or Genealogy. In order to find them in that census, would have to look at Adair Co page by page. I tried a soundex and still couldn't find them. I would say that Roenna died (possibly with the birth of Emily in 1862) and Patrick remarried Nancy and had several more children. In the 1900 she states she had 11 children, 5 still living. No way to tell if she had children before marrying Patrick or if all 11 were Patricks. Not being able to access census between 1880 and 1900, possible some were born and died in that 20 year time frame. Also some could be born in the 1870's and died in the 1870's. Thank you for the info you sent, helped me to fill in some gaps although this is one of the off shoot branches. I descend from Isaac's son John (Hannah Stackhouse's brother). Dana
