This is a correction to anyone that was researching the George Miller Family and his heirs. That had requested a list of his children from me. Roann/Roseanne Miller whom I had stated married Patrick Hanlon born 1827 son of Richard Hanlon was incorrect. Roseanne Miller daughter of George Miller and Hannah Stackhouse married Patrick Hanlin born 1828 son of James Hanlin and Sarah Tice daughter of James Tice and Sarah Stimback Correction James Hanlin born 1796 Married Sarah Tice was a brother to Richard Hanlon born July 1785 married Nancy French and Margaret Williamson both had sons named after their father Patrick Hanlon . Patrick Hanlin of James Hanlin was born in 1828 Ludlow Township Washington County Ohio He married Roseanne Miller June 23, 1848, around 1850/1852 Patrick and Roseanne and his family which included most of the children of James Hanlin left the area for Missouri. 1860 Census has them in Adair Polk Missouri. Children of Rosanne and Patrick Handlin are Hannah born 1849 Washington Co Ohio James 1851 Mary 1853 Missouri Margaret 1856 Missouri Sarah 1858 Missouri George 1858 Missouri Emily 1862 Missouri Othemial 1865 Missouri Isaac 1867 Missouri Polly 1869 Missouri Patrick Hanlin may have remarried a Nancy Byrd March 31 1863 in Adair County, Mo. if so the last three children would belong to Nancy Bryd and Rosanna may have died after 1862. Linda I just looked at the 1860 Census for Missouri. It states that Patrick 31 and Roenna 29 were in Trenton, Gundy Co., MO. Their children as follows per the census: H.J. 11 born OH James 8 born VA Mary 7 born OH Margaret E 4 born MO G.W. 2 born MO Sarah F 2 born MO. Looks like they left Ohio after 1850 (they are in the 1850 in OH) and went to VA where James was born. Then, back to OH where Mary was born, then on to MO. John 18 and Jackson 20 Hanlin living with them were born in VA also. They could be brothers or nephews to Patrick. Perhaps their parents died and they went to VA to take care of family business, came back to Ohio then moved to MO with the 2 Hanlin boys. Were did you read they were in Adair Polk Missouri? I found them in Trenton, Gundy Missouri I will look at the 1870 to see if any info changes like where everyone was born. Dana
