Debbie, I purchased this software last year and was very displeased with not only the product, but the company. There was nothing new to be found, and the company was impossible to contact. Tried to get a refund but finally gave up and chocked it up to a 'learning experience" In watching your posts here, I d say you already know much more than Gen. Detective has to offer.
