Beverly Dispatch June 28 1912 Mrs Perley Fish Mrs Perley Fish, 28, died early Friday morning, June 20, at her home near Salem. Blood poisoning, which resulted form the extraction of an ulcerated tooth, was the cause of her untimely demise. She is survived in addition to her husband and three children, by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Peter Sampson, four sisters and two brothers. Funeral services were held by Rev Gordon of the Waterford M.
