    2. Beverly Dispatch September 20, 1912 Mrs. Fletcher Reed called Lucy Breckenridge Reed, 44, wife of J. Fletcher Reed, died at her home at Browns Mills, Tuesday morning at one o’clock. Mrs. Reed had been ill about four weeks and her death was not entirely unexpected by her family. Attending physicians gave tuberculosis as the cause of her death. Mrs. Reed was a most hospitable and well liked woman, well known and highly respected in the neighborhood in which she lived; and her death will be mourned by the entire community of which she was a residents. Besides the bereaved husband, she leaves two sons, Howard, who has been attending school in Delaware, and Dudley at home. The funeral services , which was conducted by Rev. Howard, of Bartlett, on Wednesday afternoon at one o’clock, took place at the home and interment was made in Murdock Cemetery. Linda LRHall175@aol.com
