Beverly Dispatch June 14, 1919 Dorinda C Swift Nickerson Dorinda C. Swift, daughter of Charles and Amy Andrews Swift, was born March 3rd, 1840 at Swifts, died June 7th 1919, being 79 years , 3 months and 4 days of age. She was united in marriage to Allen Nickerson, Jan. 24th 1861. To them no children were born. Her husband preceded her to the great beyond four years ago. She was a member of the Maple Grove Church. One brother Samuel Swift, survives; her father, mother and two sisters and two brothers having preceded her. Aunt Dorinda as she was commonly called will be greatly missed in the community. Burial was made at Swift Cemetery with Rev Phipps in charge Linda LRHall175@aol.com
