I need to verify information on Olive Scott and Lydia Goss for a DAR and Mayflower Society application. Olive Scott was born in CT. However, she was married to Solomon Goss and died in Washington County. I am hoping somone on this list might have access to birth and death records for both mother and daughter. Here's the info I have: Name: Scott, Olive Father: Scott , Obadiah Mother: Howe , Hannah Birth Date: 23 September 1757 City: Waterbury County: New Haven State: CT Country: USA I am also trying to obtain birth and death records for their daughter, Lydia Mary Goss. I have verification of her marriage to John Spracklen and photos of their gravesites in Green Valley, OH, but not her birth records or death certificate or probate info, etc. Family lore also has it that Lydia was the first white child born in Dayton, OH.
