Deb, Thanks, No I do not have Scott's address. I did receive an answer from Dan. He tells me that GG Grandfather Phillip F Walters is buried at Whigsville and gave me the location of the grave. It must be poorly marked or I am a bad searcher because I did not find it while there. Dan did say that the state buried grandpa so maybe the marker was very small without a name. Dan also said that there was a WPA grave survey in Woodsfield that I might be able to look at if it is still there. Even though the cemetery is by a church is it still taken care of by the township? I do want to pursue this info, I am really interested in where Phillip came from. Do you think Scott would have additional information?
