I was browsing through an antique mall in Marietta, Washington Co, Ohio this afternoon and ran across a large framed marriage document....for the following folks; Charles W. Oakes, was from Newberry, Washington Co, Ohio, married Lucy Anne Sedwick of Troy, Athens Co, Ohio they wed at The Parsonage, Newberry, Ohio 23 Feb, 1871 I'm not related to these folks....just hoped this info might help another researcher.
