The Zanesville Signal (Zanesville, Ohio) > 1925 > December > 10 FORMER RESIDENT OF LOWELL DIES IN COLUMBUS,O Lowell Dec 10 -- Frank Wolfram, 67 died Monday afternoon at his home in Columbus, death resulting from a stroke of paralysis. Mr Wolfram was born February 25, 1858, and for the past few years had been in declining health. For about thirty years he was associated with D. W. Sprague in the general store at Lowell which is now known as the Cooperative. He was a member of St John's Evangelical church and Masonry also Knights of Pythias. The body was brought to Lowell where the funeral services were held from the St John's Evangelical church Thursday morning at 10:30. Interment was made at Greenlawn Cemetery. He is survived by his widow [Emma Buchanan d of Walter and Mary Malster Buchanan] and one child, Walter Wolfram of Huntington. W. Va.; two sisters Mrs John Becker of Marietta, Mrs E. T. Wilking of Zanesville and one brother, John Wolfram of Columbus. Mrs Emma Wolfram LOWELL Funeral services for Mrs Emma Wolfram, a native of Waterford township, Washington County were held yesterday in Lowell. Mrs Wolfram died Sunday at the home of a son Walter Wolfram of Cleveland. She was the daughter of Walter and Eliza Malster Buchanan of Waterford township in Washington County. Her husband, Frank Wolfram, who was a prominent merchant in Lowell for many years died in Dec 1925.
