I signed up for this, and did get an email to my account, so I know they have the right email; yet they won't let me in, say no one is registered to that email. I seem to have had a lot of trouble with this, and am not going to try again. Anybody else had a problem, or is it just me? Nancy

Yes, I have had a similar problem. I tried several times. I just kept messing with it and finally got it. I used the link provided in the e-mail. When it said I was not registered correctly, I put my user name and password in. It still denied me. I just started searching and it let me do that and gave me what I was asking for. Strange system. Perhaps it was overloaded and deluged with new people. The next time I tried to enter, the same thing happened. Just keep arguing with it. Ha! Maybe it will work sometime for you. It did not convince me I wanted to pay money to get that type of harrrrassment though. Ha!
