She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert D. and Mildred E. (Burke) Spriggs and sister, Robin D. Spriggs. Patricia is survived by her twin sister, Priscilla J.(O. Lester) Smithers of Enon, Ohio; sons, Vernon C. Holland III of Columbus, Ohio, Stanley D. Holland and Robert L. (Jeanette) Holland of Scottsdale, Arizona; grandchildren, Leah P., Jason S. and Keir M. Holland; nieces, Sheila D. (Troy) Taylor of Westerville, Ohio and Lisa Ann (Roderick) Smithers-Cambridge of Land O' Lakes, Florida. Patricia graduated from Parkersburg High School and Mountain State College, Parkersburg, W.Va. Visitation will be Monday, April 18, 2011 from 12 noon-2 p.m. in the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home with the family present from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m. Burial will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Rockland Cemetery, Belpre, Ohio. Arrangements provided by the Robert C. Henry Funeral Home.
