I've "rescued" an old photograph of Grovy Dexter STITT which was taken at a studio in Topeka, Kansas. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's with Grovy's date of birth identified as October 1st 1884 on the back of the photograph. I would guess that he was about 3 years old at the time the photograph was taken. Based on limited research I was able to gather the following information regarding Grovy and his family: Grover STITT was b. Oct 1884 in Shawnee Co. KS to parents David Dexter "Deck" STITT (b. 19 Dec 1853 in Washington Co. OH) and Addie ENOCHS (b. 1859 in OH).
