I'm still not sure if these families were in Illinois or Indiana or Ohio. Here is a little of what I have: Benjamin Purdy SCOTT m. Sylvia SOUTHWICK. She was a widow by 1833 and she and the following ch. were admitted to Union Village (Shaker): Benjamin, Vincent, Israel, Martha, & Walter (or William). Vincent Scott m. Mary Jane Durell; Elizabeth Scott m. Harrison Durell. Does any of this sound familiar? Was there a Shaker village in Warren Co., or near Lebanon, Warren Co., OH?
