OOOOPS .... I made an error. The Carnegie Library is the ones that have it on Micro-Fiche. The Warren County Historical Society is the ones that have the paper copies. Just got my tongue stuck in my eye tooth, and could not see what I was saying. Just thought I'd clarify.
