Found an old article in the Middletown Journal dated 2 June 1963 "Shaker Count Going On in Warren Graveyards" In part it mentions the habit of taking in abandoned or unwanted children and teaching them Shakerism. It says that Shaker graves are still abundant near Lebanon. At the intersection of Rt. 63 and 741 is the most recent Shaker cemetery with mostly men buried there. Others women are buried in unmarked graves at Armco Association Park The graves were catalogued by the Warren County Historical Society with names and dates so that there will be a complete file of persons who died in the county. Hundreds of graves have been recorded and can be found in the museum on Broadway St.
