There is also a city or town of Warren, up in northeastern Ohio. It's a fairly good-sized city in the Youngstown or Akron area (I'm not too familiar with that part of the state). Sorry, I don't know which county it might be in and don't have a map on hand at the moment. If the obit simply lists "Place of Birth, Warren OH", I would take it to mean the town. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cyndi Brown" <blucynmcq@yahoo.com> To: <OHWARREN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, February 09, 2001 12:12 AM Subject: if this posts twice... > please bear with me ~ it hadn't appeared yet on the > list so I thought perhaps I had to subscribe first in > order for my mail to post. > So, for the 2nd time, here's the stupid question of > the day ~ > If someone's obit says they were born in Warren, OH > in 1852, would that be Warren county?? > If it did post twice then that's your second stupid > question for the day, huh? :) thanks!!
