To everyone on the list, Hello. My name is Randell G. Collins. I live in Center Point, Indiana which is close to Terre Haute, IN. I am in hopes you may be able to help me, and I would be happy to share what info I have. I am looking for the family of Peter Collins. He was born 08-09-1799 in Fayette Co. PA. When he was 13 (1812) his family moved to Warren County PA. He lived there for some time, working as a wagonmaker. In 1820 he married Sarah Miller, a native of Hamilton Co. OH. In 1836 he moved to Vigo Co. IN. He died in 1880 and is buried here in Vigo Co. I have info on his children, and on down to myself. He is my GGG grandfather. In the 1800 Fayette Co. PA Census I have 4 possible families that might have been his, he would have been 1 year old and there are 4 families with a male child in that age range. I am going to continue on the PA. trail but am also trying to pick them up in Ohio if I can. I want to find out his siblings and parents. Thanks for any help and suggestions.
