A large crowd from Bloomingville attended church at Liberty Tuesday evening. GOOSE RUN Mrs. Maggie and Gertie STARKEY were the guests of Tom MC QUERY last Wednesday. Vlio DAUGHERTY and Clendell REID were the Sunday guests of Guy JOHNSON. Noah REID was the Sunday guest of Esley DAVIS. Misses Annas and Ocie CARNES spent last week at their sister's Mrs. Ethel BROWN and attended revival meeting. Aristis WINE made a business trip to Laurelville last Wednesday. Mrs. Maggie STARKEY and Miss Carol ROLLEN were the guests of Lillie REID Sunday. Mrs. Lillie HOY of Laurelville spent a few days with her mother Mrs. Ellen TURNER last week. Clio MUNDY returned home last Monday after spending several days with relatives in this vicinity. Charley DAVIS and son Jesse and Mr. BLACK and son Albert spent Monday and Tuesday in Circleville. Rev. SHULL preached at Chestnut Grove last Sunday night. Clendell and Noah REID made a business trip to Laurelville last Friday. KNOX NO. ONE Mr. and Mrs. Earl TEWKSBURY of Mt. Blanco spent Sunday at the home of his father L. A. TEWKSBURY. Miss Iva HOLDREN spent over Sunday at Mineral and attended church at Moonville Saturday night. Mrs. Bertha CHESSER and two sons were calling on Mrs. Harvey CHESSER Thursday. Miss Nellie TEWKSBURY was the over Sunday guest of Miss Faye MC AFEE of Bunker Hill. Oliver PHILLIPS of near Chauncey was at the home of his mother part of last week. There will be an oyster supper at the Gum Tree schoolhouse Saturday night March 12. Everybody invited.
