    3. >From the McArthur Democrat-Enquirer, October 22, 1919 COURT NEWS John HULL, Dan BARNHOUSE and John CADE were excused from duty on the grand jury that was in session Monday and Tuesday, and the following were selected to fill the vacancies: Walter SWAIM, Frank ARRICK, T. C. FOX, Foreman; Pearl BRAY, Charles KINNEY, W. L. ROSSER, David DAVIS, W. H. ALLEN, Charles COX, Salem BROWN, Cecil MILHON, Joseph J. DAVIS. MILHON REUNION Mr. and Mrs. J. T. MILHON, their daughter Raosalie and son Ernest, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. MILHON and little son James Maxwell Jr., of Columbus motored to McArthur last Saturday to attend the MILHON family reunion at the home of Jacob H. MILHON. The reunion was a very pleasant and happy meeting. Time spent in gathering nuts, talking over old times, family history etc. Mrs. Christiana MILHON, Leonard MILHON, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur HAYWARD and little daughter Marguerite of California could not be present. The Columbus members of the family returned home Sunday evening. LAUGHLIN-MCCLELLAN Mr. and Mrs. L. W. THORP have received the following invitation: Rev. and Mrs. Joseph Gibson LAUGHLIN request the pleasure of your company at the wedding reception of their son, Ray Wilford and Miss Doris Elizabeth MCCLELLAN Wednesday evening, October 22 at eight o'clock, at their home in Bloomingburg, Ohio. The young couple will be married this evening at the M. E. Church, Bloomingburg. Mr. and Mrs. THORP are attending the wedding and reception. INJURED ELBOW Frank Arthur SHARP, young son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur SHARP had his left elbow seriously injured when he fell from a little wagon on which he was coasting down an alley last Wednesday. His father and mother took him to Logan Friday to learn the extent and nature of the injury, by the X-ray and it was discovered that a ligament was torn loose at the elbow. WILLIAM HILL William HILL died at his home in South Bloomingville, Saturday, October 11. Burial at Chestnut Grove cemetery Tuesday. (Partial items, the next two articles had the right margin cut off. I am printing as much as I can figure out from the rest.) MEL LOVE HURT What might have been a fatal accident happened at the L. H. TRIPP.....in Richland township early last.....day morning. Mel Love, son of....................Fuel Superintendent of drilling, Mr. LOVE was working about a drilling bit weighing six or seven hundred pounds when it fell across his body. It is supposed that objects on either side of the bit must have helped to keep the full weight off, or he would habe been completely crushed. While the injuries are very painful and severe, Mr. Love seems to be making good progress toward full recovery. WILLIAM HILL William HILL of South Bloomingville, route 2, died Saturday, October 11 from cancer of the stomach and was laid to rest beside his companion in Hopewell cemetery. Funeral services were in charge of undertaker Va.... of Adelphi. Those from a distance who attended the funeral were: L. G. MCCREARY and wife and Delbert PECK of Kirkersville, Mr. and Mrs. R. P. SEITH and two ......., Mr. and Mrs. C. C. MCCREARY and ........of Ashville.
